I stayed at Cohabs’ Plaisance 13 location and it was such an amazing experience! I’d always wanted to try living in Paris and this was the best way to do it. The leasing process was super straightforward and simple, the house is newly renovated and furnished, and I loved my flatmates! It felt like I had an instant community upon arriving.

The cohabs houses are really sublime and right in the heart of Paris! The communal areas (gym, garden) are a real plus. The Cohabs Paris team is extremely helpful and responsive. I'll definitely be recommending this experience to my friends who want to move to Paris and join a great community!

Maintenance requests were filled quickly, and the team was always positive, kind, and respectful of our belongings. A tad expensive, but for everything included, like utilities, weekly cleanings, monthly ingredients/breakfasts, access to events, gym, co-working space, and a Netflix subscription (and also new friends!), I'd say worth going with Cohabs if you're ready for the coliving life!
